Before You Start

Make sure you have everything ready for a smooth registration process:

  • • A valid email address that you actively use
  • • Your current phone number for account verification
  • • A secure password (minimum 8 characters)
  • • 5-10 minutes to complete the entire process

Getting to the Registration Page

Navigate to Registration

Start your journey by visiting our homepage and selecting your role. You can access registration in several ways:

  • • Click "Join" on any role card on the homepage
  • • Use the "Register" button in the navigation menu
  • • Visit directly:
  • • Click "Start Creating Now" from feature pages

Personal Information

Fill in your basic contact information. All fields marked with (*) are required and help us create your account securely.

Required Fields:

Account Security

Account Security Setup

Create a strong password to protect your account. Your password will be securely encrypted and stored. You'll also need to confirm your password to prevent typos.

Password Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 characters long
  • Must match confirmation password exactly
  • Should include mix of letters, numbers, and symbols

Choosing Your User Type

User Type Selection

Your user type determines your dashboard features and the tools available to you. This selection happens when you choose your registration path:

Filmmaker

Project management & team building

Cast

Acting portfolio & auditions

Crew

Technical skills & equipment

Email Verification

Account Confirmation

After successful registration, you'll be automatically logged in for most user types. For filmmakers, the system attempts auto-login after registration. If this fails, you'll be redirected to the login page with a success message.

Important:

Make sure to use a valid email address as you may need it for password recovery and account security.

Common Registration Issues

Email Already Registered

You receive an error message saying "This email is already registered" when trying to create an account.

Solution: This email address is already associated with an account. Try logging in instead, or use the "Forgot Password" link if you can't remember your password. You can also use a different email address for a new account.

Rate Limit Exceeded

You see a message about "too many registration attempts" and can't proceed.

Solution: Our system prevents spam by limiting registration attempts. Wait for the specified time period (usually 15 minutes to 1 hour) before trying again. The error message will show you exactly how long to wait.

Password Validation Error

Your password doesn't meet the requirements or the confirmation doesn't match.

Solution: Ensure your password is at least 8 characters long and that both password fields match exactly. The form will show real-time validation to help you create a strong password.

Network Connection Issues

Registration fails with a network error or timeout message.

Solution: Check your internet connection and try again. The form includes automatic retry functionality for network issues. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or using a different browser.

Security Best Practices

  • • Use a unique password that you don't use on other websites
  • • Never share your login credentials with anyone
  • • Keep your contact information up-to-date for account recovery
  • • Log out from shared or public computers after using the platform
  • • Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious account activity
  • • Accept Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy only after reading them
